Not Happy

Have had this app less then an hour. Went thru the process to export photos thru the app but couldnt. They have a upgrade banner across the bottom of the screen over the Export button so not allowing me to finish using the app properly. Unless of course I click on the upgrade banner and spend more $. Wrote to customer service and will go farther if no reply to show what appears to me to be fraudulent if you are not able to finish using the process to complete & print your photo(s) because they make you upgrade or it doesnt work. No, there is no way to remove it off either
