Collect - Photo Journal, Diary App Reviews

Love the designs and easy way to make cards with photo and a little bit of journaling. Would like it if it was easier to delete multiple cards after backing them up to Dropbox - the cards take up a bit of space on my device and I would like to be able to clear them off without having to edit each card individually.

Have used this app for a year and liked it UNTIL the Ios upgrade. I lost all pictures that I had for last 3 months on a calendar. Have restarted and still zilch. Very disappointed.

ive been using this app for i-dont-know-how-long and i love it. love it. except for the fact that there seems to be a bug around here, one that keeps crashing my app once i (try to) export them to dropbox for home printing. also, is it at all possible to make all designs accept foreign languages orthographic accents (such as â ã í é õ...) not all designs are compatible, especially a fav of mine.

I love the app, it makes my photo journal of a picture a day very easy and organized. I can easily create a collage, make a video, or download the pictures on a monthly basis. They have also been very quick on responding to issues. One Issue: When uploading multiple pictures (such as a months worth) to FLICKR, the file names getting mixed up (the file names in this case are the title of the pictures). If I upload just a few, it works fine. Suggestions: Add capability to add a copyright to the EXIF files on export. Add capability to remove GPS data - either on a picture by picture basis or when exporting. Thank you and keep up the good work.

i have never written a review before but this app has been my favorite of all time. certainly worthy of the money spent, its incredible to look back over time and know exactly what you did a particular day. A MUST HAVE APP TRUST ME!

Refuses to load and keeps crashing and freezing my phone! Please fix this! Usually its an ok app, its good for keeping track of photos day by day. The process of having to edit or replace a picture is ridiculously tedious though.

I bought all the extensions to this product. My goal was to use it to harvest photos with tag metadata. The Dropbox integration only goes in bulk export. It should go automatically. Once it arrives in Dropbox, it doesnt retain the tags. Doesnt do what I want it to. Will keep searching.

I learned about the app from Shelly Bailey, one of my YouTube friends I follow. I love it! It allows you to journal with your photos, not directly on the photo, but in the white space. It gives your photos a consistent look and I can journal about each photo if I want. It also adds the date which I love as well.

The app is cool, you use a photo every day and it gives a calendar view of all of them. The person that makes this app misleads you to believe that you can do everything in the description without paying for anything, but you need to pay $7 worth of in-app purchases to really do anything inside the app (make videos, collages, sync to iCloud). AND FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, there is only one free theme that has the standard font for free!!! MISLEADING!! Shame on you developer! For a paid app, you shouldnt have to pay for extra stuff. It should just be included.

Ive been using this app for 2 1/2 years to document my two little girls growing up and it was great up until recently. I just lost everything. 2 gigabytes of pix gone! Devastated

I love this APP... I love that I can capture a moment in a day and write about the day so easily! I would love to be able to print out a book for the year, but not sure if its possible! This is exactly what I am wondering! I just passed a year of collecting and would love to make a book with the pictures and the journaling! I love this app. It is easy to use, and it is fun to look back at your thoughts throughout the year!

I really enjoy journaling my kids day-to-day activities, and used it to collect pictures for a 2014 book. However, recently it crashes frequently and will NOT export to Dropbox or my photos. Hoping a fix will happen soon.

NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW... All of my photos and journaling keep disappearing from this app. The update is awful. Ive tried to contact the developer twice but...crickets...no response. Im hoping this review will get his attention so I can find out how to retrieve those photos & journaling. I purchased the protection bundle so hopefully they are floating around somewhere. So disappointed because this used to be such a great app and I was trying to use it for my December Daily, but these problems are creating twice the work for me. Rather than the app saving me time & energy, it is creating more work for me. SO FRUSTRATED!!!

This is such great motivation for anyone doing a 365 project! Easy to insert photos for each day and save individually and as a monthly collage. ❤️❤️❤️

I have been using Collect on my iPhone for over 1 year. Overall, it does what I want it to do, and the updates have made it better-except before the last update, at the end of the month, you could share using Dropbox. This was so much easier than what is available now. 5 star rating when we get Dropbox sharing back. Still waiting for the ability to export completed calendar through Dropbox! Well, one of the prior updates added Dropbox back, which was great. But the update on 30 December 2015 removed it again! What is so hard about leaving the ability to upload completed months to Dropbox? I know this probably seems petty, but thats how I get my photos to where they need to be. Please fix it again!

Why you removed import from dropbox!? I bought all Packs inside app, but i cant import from Dropbox since last update. :(

I absolutely love this app! I have taken a picture of my baby every day since he was born. We are approaching his first birthday and it is so fun to look back on his first year of life. I especially love turning the photos into a video and putting it on the fastest setting. Its like a flip book of his little life. Great app!

I have been using this app for months and its great! I love how you can add captions and it is password protected but I cant select multiple photos to import and that gets annoying if I have a lot to import! Please update
