Collect - Photo Journal, Diary App Reviews

This is without question one of the most-used apps on my phone! I love how easy it is to use. It makes a great photo calendar. I have several years of photos in my app, all neatly organized on calendars. Thanks for creating such a wonderful app!!

Ive been using this app for 2 years. It seemed to work well. I paid for an upgrade so I could back up my photos and save them to iCloud. A month or two after changing phones & transferring data, my photo entries duplicated--for almost an entire year of daily photos. If I delete one of the two identical pictures, I can no longer see the remaining photo. I see a message that its syncing, but its been weeks now. I have to delete 300 duplicated pictures one by one and hope that theyll eventually show up again?? Very glitchy. I contacted the support through the app and their webpage 3 separate times over several weeks and have heard nothing--not even an acknowledgement. Super annoyed that I invested so much time in this application. There must be better, more reliable daily photo apps. Or at least ones that have support.

I love the Collect app, except for one little detail. It would be perfect if a video using the square option for photos could also include the caption for each photo as the landscape option does. This matters because the landscape option does not show clearly on Facebook (when clicked on to enlarge) as the square option does. Thanks for considering this suggestion!

Ive been using this app since 2014 and its really nice to have to look back on. One of my biggest complaints is that sometimes the pictures that I lasted posted would disappear. It gets frustrating because sometimes I would delete the photo off my camera and when I come back to the app, the same photo and post is gone. It never use to do that, until recently.
